I phoned Fulfords this morning as I was waiting for an email from a member of staff that I still had not received. The lady who answered the phone was very rude, unprofessional and abrupt.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Agents at Fulfords should all be adequately trained so they provide the same information and level of customer service. I suggest certain members of staff should improve their telephone manner and levels of customer service.
