Absolutely terrible service from all people involved in trying to sort out important maintenance of our house. After multiple ignored emails, and phone calls in which they told us they would call us back and never did, it took us exactly 5 weeks from the first reporting of the issue to it being solved. Each call we were told it would be sorted out in a week, and nothing ever happened and if we had not chased it up every few days the issue would never have been sorted. The only way in which the issue was sorted was after requests had been made for money back from rent for the unusable appliance and threats had been made to make formal complains of certain members of staff to managers. Shocked at how rude and little they cared about giving good service. Would never deal with this company again if we had the choice.
