This has proven to be a long, drawn out, buying process, even though it's a cash sale and the property is empty! Ally was brilliant, chasing the vendors and keeping me up-to-date with advancements or information as to why things were stalling. When one of the problems my solicitor highlighted was that the property had undergone treatment for "a wood boring insect" but the vendors no longer had any of the guarantees from Rentokill (which made them null and void), she arranged for a free survery to make sure that the infestation was no longer ongoing.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Ally for all her help. She definitely did all in her power to try and alleviate some of my stress and her advice was invaluable.
I can highly recommend Ally and the services of Thomas Morris. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future should the need ever arise.
