After looking at properties with several different agents I came across a property with Preston Baker that I wanted to view. I dealt with Omar all the way through buying my property and right from the off he seemed eager to help me.
When arranging the first viewings Omar wanted to talk in depth about what wanted in a property and came up with several more options for viewings. When I looked at properties that I wasn't interested in Omar never became dispondent, he just kept working hard to find me the right one remaining positive but also providing realistic advice.
It was clear that Omar had a great relationship with the couple selling the property I eventually bought and this made the whole process a lot easier. Omar was in constant communication (even when he should have been on holiday) and was a great help throughout the whole process of the sale keeping me up to date with everythign that was going on. Even when things looked ton be stalling Omar kept pressing and really pushed the sale over the line.
