Had an excellent and proffessinal service from Douglas Allen. Jonjo was looking after us when he came to see our property for the first time he gave us a time frame of 12 weeks that it be sold and it was sold within that time.. We got the price what we were looking for and all i would say is i have come across few estate agents in the last few years defintely the best by a mile..

I am sorry to hear that you had a few issues with the after sales service once our Epping office had sold your home. Our sales progressors do a lot of work 'behind the scenes' in liaising with solicitors and other parties in the chain and sometimes that can go unnoticed, nevertheless I will of course pass your comments on to Keith and use it as a basis for improvement.
