I found Manning Stainton to be the best of a what I personally thought was a poor to average group of estate agents in Leeds. Whilst my partner and I were viewing properties it was often difficult to get the flexibility we needed from the estate agents to make the essential viewings we wanted to attend. As my partner and I work full time (and I suspect most of your customers will), it was frustrating to be offered viewings for weekday daytime appointments when it was unrealistic that we could ever go. Evening appointments were scarce and we kept getting the message that weekend appointments were 'fully booked'. As a customer who ended up buying one of your properties, this was frustrating to hear continuously and wasn't the customer experience we were after. It was only eventually down to the flexibility of one of your team members (Abigail Williams) that we got to attend a viewing for the house we eventually bought. As I say though, Manning Stainton were by no means the worst agents at providing us with viewings but I would suggest you give this point some further thought if you are looking for ways to improve and far exceed your competitors.
Once we had put an offer in on the property and it had been accepted our customer experience improved. Through regular contact with Abby we were able to get the updates we needed about the sale of the house and what was really useful to us was when there were regular and informative updates about what was actually happening on the vendor's side to move us closer to completion
