As purchasers through Nicol & Co. (purchasing from "Craig"), we found all staff to be highly professional, articulate and knowledgeable. Our purchase became one which tested their professionalism and diplomacy to the extreme. We wholeheartedly recommend them to prospective customers.

Our purchase progressed well at first and agreeing a price after the survey was straightforward. Shortly afterwards, however, the vendors seemed to develop unfounded concerns that rapidly escalated towards paranoia, with a crescendo of contradictory demands immediately prior to exchange, which came close to sabotaging the sale. None of the professionals we dealt with had come across such irrational uncompromising behaviour. However, with the deal on the verge of collapse and despite the stress all round, Nicol & Co. were not afraid to deal with the difficulties and succeeded in getting final agreement and exchange.

Craig's review of Nicol & Co is, in our opinion, totally unjust and seems to be an attempt at masking their own loss of prospective. The vendors' irrational behaviour was in stark contrast to the professionalism that Nicol & Co. showed. All members of staff were extremely polite, passed on information and updated people regularly. Nicol & Co are to be highly commended on their handling of this sale with particularly difficult vendors.

As above. To whom it may concern. I move my business to Nichol & Co November, 2014 as I was abroad at that time. My former letting agent had business troubles and was failing miserably in managing the property such as letting to unvetted tenants and late payments of monies received. Initially, Jo then Robert took over the account and I had an immediate improvement. The tenant (who was sourced by my former agent) left the house in a unletable state and in rent arrears. Nichol & Co (Robert) was helpful and sympathetic to my plight. Robert aided me greatly with the return of the deposit from DPS. Robert always displays a professional, friendly and reassuring manner to the problems at hand. I am more than pleased with professional and friendly service provide by Nichol & Co at the Worcester office and Robert in particular. Should the reader want a company that does things rather than talk about doing things then Nichol & Co is for you. Yours faithfully, Raymond Small.
