Appalling service. No inspections done the entire tenancy yet charged me for cleaning when I vacated, took the keys back yet charged me for another months rent. Knowing what I know now, I would never have let then get away with it. No communication whatsoever, until they want money from you. Steer clear, complete cowboys
What agent could do to change your mind?
Proper communication and adhering to UK Property Law, instead of taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge of intricate property matters

We are obviously very disappointed with this review, and we do consider it extremely misleading and inaccurate. What Adam fails to mention is that the £25.00 administration charge has nothing whatsoever to do with his deposit, but was applied because of additional work involved in having to return to the tenant a further rent payment that was made because he failed to cancel his Standing Order ! He was also a tenant at the property for nearly a year, and in all our previous dealings had express ...
