Very efficient and friendly service when I moved in - all the paperwork was dealt with speedily for a very reasonable one-off fee.

Since I moved in, things like boiler servicing and repairs have also been dealt with very speedily and with absolutely no hassle. Other than that, and a 6-monthly inspection, I am left alone.

Overall, I'm very impressed and I highly recommend this agent.
