I would like to thank Helen and the rest of the team in Wokingham for their proactive "can do approach " that they show in the management of my property. As previously explained, we have acted correctly at all times in accordance with our contract with you. Whilst we acknowledge that this has not been to your satisfaction, you did sign the contract and agreed to adhere to its terms which served you correctly for a number of years. The Northwood process meant that, having signed a letting contract with them for 2 years, we received a monthly income (annual rent less normal fees and an assumed empty period a year divide by 12) regardless of whether the house was occupied or not. Northwood were our tenants and they sub-let it. This gave us a feeling of financial stability.
