I can only say that Andrew Dear provided a fantastic service, he and his colleague Jamie, kept us up to date, and kept the small chain together with his calm way of handling a stressful purchase, as the solicitors on both sides failed to engage in any meaningful dialogue

Without Andrew, I do not think a happy conclusion would have been reached, a truly professional and likeable guy, who will ensure that the estate agents profession is in good hands.for years to come

I will not hesitate to recommend Gascoine Pees in Reigate to any friends in the future

They can't release deposit for 6 weeks now. Don't reply to phone calls, don't keep me update, excuses about system being down, trasfering money within 5 days, etc. They missed 10 days deadline and still can't explain what is going on....

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have helped us to leave earlier, actually expressed an interest in our situation and sorted out the bedbugs. And returned the deposit or reimbursed us for the thousands of pounds it cost.

TERRIBLE AGENCY!!!!!! Left the property clean and in good condition, no problem raised by landlord. However, Gascoigne Pees still have my deposit over 1 month on from vacating. Will also mislead you by sneakily switching the power to Spark Energy before you move in....
