This agent was polite and professional throughout the sales procedure, was very approachable and willing to answer any questions. We decided to instruct him after he showed a deep knowledge of our local area, particularly property values in our road / locality. This led to a quick sale at a fair price, which was in fact for the full asking price.
The agent bent over backwards to assist in communications with our buyers to help push the transaction through very smoothly and efficiently, to the point that we felt we were getting more support and updates from him than through our Solicitor.
We would definitely use this agent again to sell or indeed purchase a property, many thanks to him and the Your Move Team for all their work and professionalism.
