The standard of Breadmore Webb's brochures is excellent - head and shoulders above the rest. Martin is not the stereo typical pushy estate agent. More of a facilitator, Martin acted professionally to represent both the seller and to help us find a common point at which we could agree our purchase. When the process got somewhat complicated, he put us in direct contact with the seller so we could work out the details - something most estate agents will not do. Communication could be a bit better but otherwise a very positive experience with Breadmore Webb and we will certainly use them when we come to sell and buy again.

The fees they charge are so reasonable and completely justified based on the work they do. I happily paid them and think if we had gone with someone cheaper or online, we probably would have got a lower price so the fees were paid for by what they delivered.

We believe that you get what you pay for. Although there may be cheaper Estate agents locally, we believe that for the service from B&W warrants any potential extra cost as the follow up service is so good. The fees are not too high and are well earned.
