Hi there, I did really appreciated you service and would like to Highly Recommended to Chiswick Branch Staff name: Tia Glenn. She did very much take care her customer and her communication was Excellent, even i didn't get her from property under her supervising, still she took me another Branch Area, which location was Ealing Branch, her tiresly worked, her intention to show me property, take care customer was great and unforgetable service with excellent communication. Because of her Ealing Branch Staff help us to found property which was located at W5 5PD, 14a windsor road. when we went to first times Ealing Branch, we didn't get such as attention from staff there, after went with Tia, At the Ealing Branch, A staff name: Lindsey, took care our file, under her supervision, staff name: Jan Bhd, look after our search, finally we got property. Because of Tia Glenn, Lindsey and Jan Bhd and we don't know when we will get property? Again i did really prise these 3 staff and their tiressly worked excellent, i did promised that i will refer to you service to every one i know and will help you to get more customer. Again many thanks for you great service and there are not many company in UK, who did customer service like you, so please carried on those excellent service to make you future customer to happy. I believed that, if you org keep carry customer service, it will be win win solution for both the customer and you company for benefit.

I have been dealing with Eleanor Reeve as property manager in Chelsea - London area .

As an agent - having worked at Foxtons in the past. It sounds like you got a bad landlord, not an agent. Landlords holding off on signing agreements to find better offers or a sales tenant is unfortunately fairly prevalent! The reason Foxtons takes your monies due and gets a signed agreement is that this is then binding and there is no going back - this is exactly because of what has happened to you, so your complaint is actually fairly contradictory.
