We went to view a rented property in sandhurst that sounded amazing and looked great from the outside. The inside was lovely but the agent that showed us around didn't know a thing about the house as he worked on sales not lettings. We we're let down as we wanted to know a bit more information. He told us that the estate agents close in 15 minutes so we rushed down there to ask the person that he say would know more information. We I inside waterfields and the man we were told to see just seemed reluctant to tell us anything as he wanted to go home early as they shut at 5. He was rude and wasn't helpful at all. They didn't bother to give us anything information on fees or anything else we needed to know. The client would be extremely disappointed and angry at there service. Seeing as they would be getting our money and would have helped us get our first home it was very frustrating for us and definitely won't be renting a property from them again. Worst customer service I've ever had. It was a Saturday so they should have had members of staff fox both sales and lettings so they could help any kind of customer.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Atleast act like he was interested and not defensive.

Agreed on a commission fee to sell my house then came back days later say that they can no longer honour it. Dishonest and untrustworthy sales team, therefore won't be using them again....
