Wow, I am astonished that Zone have used the reviewers full name here to intimidate and try to negate his comments. Very unprofessional. Reviews are for the benefit of prospective customers and if you truly offer a good service your reviews will balance out. I usually discount the best and the worst reviews, not an option here as there only seems to be glowing or appalling.

Stamatis Chatzakis, we are sorry to hear that you have had such a bad experience with us. The property was let to you as seen and you accepted the condition of the flat at the time of reservation; we act for the landlord and follow their instructions. The wooden floor was damaged due to a leak and the insurance company dragged their heels in getting this fixed; this was explained and accepted by you at the time. The small part of the living wall approx 3ftx2ft was experiencing damp due to a bossed external common wall. The small issue within the flat required major works externally and cooperation from 12 owners to commit to stripping the external cladding and renewing the rendering; had the issue been specific and isolated to the flat we would have dealt with this immediately . This was explained to you at the time. The washing machine that detached from the mains water supply was attended to within 20 mins by one of our experienced property managers; the issue was resolved and a new machine ordered. We fail to see what more could have been done in this instance. With regards to the boiler we have checked the records and your comments are simply not true; the boiler was in working condition and although there were 3 visits by an engineer to un-stick a fan within the boiler the rest of the time it remained in a working condition. You seemed to have no issue on departure and didn’t raise any of this then but have chosen to put down an anonymous review instead. We manage over 1000 properties and have had more than 10,000 tenancies, the overwhelming majority with no issue. Yes there are occasions where tenants are not happy and we have to try and manage certain situations which test our abilities. Clearly “You” feel that we have failed on this occasion. All the staff here at Zone Letting are extremely hard working and committed; whilst we try our very best to “ you can’t please all of the people all of the time” We will try harder next time !
