What a complete waste of time! And how weird that the other review on here is from the same date last year, for the same reason!!!! We had an appointment booked for a valuation on our property today at 3:45pm. It was booked with the Wortley office but i booked it via the Gildersome office as i had called their number by mistake. At 4:05pm nobody had arrived so called the Gildersome office and after they checked the valuers diary, was told that it was booked and that the guy would be with us shortly as he wa at another property just up the road. Waited...... And then at 4:25pm the Wortley office call to say that they had been trying to contact us and left a message because the valuer went home ill earlier so he won't be attending and she wanted to see if we'd like to re-arrange (they weren't aware i'd already spoken to Gildersome), so obviously lying! Nobody had called, nobody had left a message!!!!! Just wasted 45 minutes of our time. Told her to forget it and we'll be listing our property through another agent. I suggest you all do the same.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Come to the appointment as agreed Could have called BEFORE the appointment if they couldn't make it Not lied to us

Gavin I am shocked to see this as we have just been communicating by email to you and louise today and nothing was mentioned. Considering we are still dealing with the claim with the DPS on your behalf and it's still being disputed months down the line I am lost at your comments.
