Thanks again to Pam for an excellent service. It has been five years since I last house hunted and maybe times have changed or my expectations of an estate agent have grown, but either way i was really disappointed and uninspired with certain firms like acorn and especially norgans customer service. Not so with Pam at country properties. It felt like from the word go she was interested in our needs and finding us the right property and was a reassurance though out what could have been a testing experience. The main strength was answering calls offering her 100% attention and replying to messages when promised - a quality that disappointingly seemed to lack from other agents in other firms (of which our new landloards fully agree). Pam definitely found us the right home which we have been in for a couple of months now and love dearly. Thanks again.
