From our initial meeting with Mrs. King she was open and communicative, explaining what would happen throughout the process of selling the property. Even though we live a distance away she has telephoned, e-mailed and written to us to make sure that we knew exactly what was happening at each stage of development. We were grateful for her experience and professionalism as she was able to prompt us at times into pushing the solicitors when things were moving slowly. We were happy to trust her with the house keys so that she could gain access when needed, and she proved very helpful with advice when repairs had to be made to one of the ceilings. An emotionally difficult and potentially stressful sale was made so much easier by Mrs. King's friendliness and professionalism and we would recommend her services to anyone wishing to sell their property; she has a real interest in her job and her clients.

Comment on agent fees
I agreed a sliding scale depending on the sale price achieved: - over ‚£1.25M : 1.25% - less than ‚£1.25M : 1% I accepted an offer of ‚£1.2M, so the fees charged were 1% which is in lline with the going rate for higher valued properties.
