When we decided to put our flat in Finchley Central on the market in summer 2013, speed was everything. We were a family of four in a 2-bed flat, trying on a limited budget to get a house in the expensive N10 area. We had waited over four years for an affordable and suitable house to appear, so when it did and we made a provisional offer, we needed an offer on our own not-yet-on-the-market property very fast, before we lost it. Winkworth were beyond brilliant. We chose them over other estate agents because of the quality and impartiality of their advice four or five years previously when we were considering moving. At that point they had recommended that we sit tight and wait because it was a bad time to be selling, and we valued their honesty - every other estate we spoke to was desperate to get us on their books. When we then did put our flat on the market with them, we told them of the urgency of our situation, and as a result they had prospective buyers through our front door immediately and got us the offer we needed in just under 7 days. They also came over immediately to advise us on how we could tidy up to make the place look as attractive as possible. As a result, we got our house (and by the skin of our teeth, because another offer was made on it by chain-free people the same day as ours was accepted!). To say that the Finchley Winkworth team worked hard for us, and were a pleasure to have in our home, is an understatement.

This is not what exactly you are saying. When I called agency decision was made already. He even told me that someone already paid 2 months rent and deposit. So he wasn't on the phone with landlord. He clearly said lanlord made decision. And I was trying to reach him since in the morning didnt even bother to come back once. When I call agency he was there and answered phone. So I didnt speak with sales person. I spoke with Lewis personally. I am %100 sure that he was not going back ...
