My husband and I cannot rate DDM highly enough.The advisor we dealt with (Emma) worked tirelessly on our behalf to try and secure a purchase of a property we were desperate to buy and when the chain started to look shakey then worked extremely hard to try and find a house for us to rent. She tried to negotiate to get a break out clause and explained how short term lets worked and the pros and cons of renting. She was extremely patient and reassuring when things started to go wrong and we got stressed and worried. We found her support was invaluable. She gave advice on other properties and aspects of the legal process we were unsure of. Frustratingly our purchase fell through and so she didnt earn a commission despite her hard work. I have to say her professionalism was outstanding and the team were all polite and always responded to phone calls and emails promptly. Something friends of ours find lacking in other agents. She liaised with our estate agent and probably gave us more support and advice than they did in the end! We have now purchased a house not being marketed by them as our chain collapsed, but Emma deserve recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty. They work hard, and unlike other agents we have come across do not slate the opposition, they always return calls and clearly want to support you whether acting for you or as agents for other sellers. I cannot recommend them highly enough and we have already decided if we need to ever market our property again we would use DDM as they really do offer a first class service. A big thank you.
