Im a first time landlord and having used this agent for the first time im surprised with some of the comments on this site, i found them very helpful and made it very simple and straightforward for me, the found really pleasant tenants and was really pleased with them

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the vendor didn't want to sell, they shouldn't have accepted our offer. The agent should have informed us earlier about this, communicated better and not waste our time.Attached Filesnbsp;

This doesn't surprise me. Dealing with estate agents can be horrendous. Sadly, you have to use them to sell/rent/buy property (doing it all by yourself can be just as stressful). I sympathize with your awful experience. The best thing to do is avoid this agency in the future, tell everyone you know how bad they are. ...
