Having become frustrated with the lack of success in selling our house with another agent I called into the Southam office of Hawkesford and was immediately impressed with the care and attention that I received. After explaining the situation that we were with another agent but perhaps looking for a change, Ginny offered to come and give me a property evaluation. This she did and I found her advice extremely honest and very valuable so decided to ask her to market my property. She came and took the best photos inside and outside that had ever been taken; she took a huge amount of time and thought to make them as good, yet honest as she could.
In the meantime the original estate agents had found a buyer during their notice period. I explained everything to Ginny and she was extremely supportive and suggested going ahead and marketing our property but said she would take it off the market if all went ahead with the buyer. She did an excellent job in marketing the property with accurate, honest descriptions to accompany the brilliant photos.
Unfortunately for Hawkesford, the sale of the property is going ahead with the previous agent, and Ginny had to take our property off their portfolio, which she did with no quibbles at all. Throughout everything, both Ginny and Sharon have been extremely supportive, friendly yet professional and, if the sale should fall through for any reason, I would have no hesitation in asking the Southam office to market my house.
