This Company is the Worst Management Company I have ever had the misfortune to have dealings with. They 'Managed' major roof works so badly that 3 Years on we have had water pouring through ceilings, Ceilings coming crashing down, Water coming through light fittings, Water damage to property and the list goes on. They basically cosied up with the Roof contractor (Whose Daughter Worked at the Company!), didn't manage the works properly at all. Then when all the problems began both they and the Contractor (and even the Manufactuer of the Roofing product!) gave excuse after excuse (This was when you could actually get a reply!) until finally washing their hands of the whole issue and heading laughing all the way to the bank! The contractor even did the classic, liquidate his company and reopen with a similar name and continues to trade! Even getting rid of the Management Company to switch to a Reputable Management Agent they made the process difficult and even tried to charge us more money to complete the process. It would be laughable it I wasn't sitting in my Living room with what I'm calling an 'indoor water feature', holding an umbrella and turning up the heating as the wind and rain are literally blowing through my home! Avoid Avoid Avoid like the Plague!
