Billie came across as a very bright estate agent who knows her job very well. She performs her duty with style, passion, enthusiasm, friendliness and absolute understanding of what customers want. She showed a complete understanding of our problem and was able to offer a spot-on advice of the rental possibilities available to us. She showed a couple of properties to us in the Crystal Palace and South Norwood areas without complain and eventually she was able to secure a furnished accommodation for us at the right location after she had negotiated with the Landlord. In each case she was patient to explain the pros and cons of living in that property giving us detailed information about shopping centres, schools, train stations and bus routes. Most importantly, she didn't just tell us, but she took us to these places and this significantly helped us to make a decision. Billie is so dedicated to her job; she provided services beyond our wildest expectation. Even after we moved into the properties she still followed up to ensure that everything was in order. In short, we believe Billie provided excellent services beyond the remit of her duties. Consequently, we unequivocally recommend her for the award.
