I've been looking into renting from cmRENT as they have some lovely properties on offer. I've been renting my current flat from Upsticks and I've had such a horrible experience I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to encounter such a poor standard of service again.
I took to looking through reviews of estate agents and property firms, after looking through several reviews for cmRENT I can say I am utterly disappointed not by the reviews themselves but the unprofessional and quite frankly rude response to the reviews by staff at cmRENT!
And as I am quite sure that someone from cmRENT will see this, your response & opinion is unwanted! Your rude approach to tenants in your properties is disgusting and the obvious fake review you posted is quite frankly pathetic. Rest assured I won't be returning to this site so any response you may wish to make will go unnoticed by myself! You need to sort out your working attitude and develop and professional and helpful working force or you'll continue to see the bad reviews flow in!
