I have used other agencies in the area in the past, but Matthew and Sam at Martin and Co have been by FAR the best. I have had excellent service at all times including finding me suitable tenants, immediate follow up with any queries and sorting out any problems and above all I feel supported by the friendly team. I cannot fault them at all, absolutely brilliant!! If you are a landlord looking for an agency - give them a try, I'm sure you'll be just as pleased as I am!
