This is by far the worst agents in Swindon! Do not touch them with a barge pole!! They have been rude, unhelpful, and downright awkward and ignorant at some points. You can call and they will answer, they will send workmen who are related to their staff and defend any complaints. If you raise a formal complaint nobody will pass you on to the top dog and will be rude and arrogant saying they were pleased I was so cross. They did replace my tea towels that a workman used to mop up his mess in fairness that was left dirty in my sink but that's where it ends. They asked for a feedback form that seems mandatory as it states I will not receive my deposit until they receive my form. The staff are unpleasant and nobody takes accountability for your issues. I really cannot warn you off them enough. Our viewing at the property was carried out by a bloke with his child tuning about hiding in the cupboards so that should have been a sign at their unprofessionalism. Two viewings at the property in our notice period - they didn't come to the first one so I had to show the poor souls around - they said they arrived and thought the prospective tenants hasn't shown up as they were inside which was a fabrication in my opinion as I saw nobody outside when the couple arrived on time and the second viewing was arranged for the Saturday before Xmas on a Friday midday and Saturday came and went with no viewers. Apparently they couldn't get hold of us to tell us nobody was actually coming. A sham and a vile place to deal with. I'm not expecting our deposit fully returned due to some stories or other.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not a thing!

To note - we have heard nothing from them since check out regarding our deposit return within the 10 days and have not been made aware of any issues so they are also very good at breaking rules

Having checked our systems we can not find M Booth? We have contacted 'All Agents' to try and clarity who this was so we could address the issues that may have occurred, but with no success. Sorry can't comment on this one? ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
