Our first contact was with Matt House. He is very good and helped us a lot. We really think that Morgan Randall was good because of the experience that we had with him, but your problems start once you have a problem in your flat and you need to contact them to solve this. They have no sense or urgency. NEVER USE MORGAN RANDALL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. AVOID MORGAN RANDALL.
This is the worst estate agent in London ever! They are the cowboys of the market. They receive the money and they don't send it to the landlord. They receive phone calls and emails and the NEVER return. Just because they don't read emails. They just treat you as someone that don't exist, as a ghost. We've tried contact with them to solve problems in the flat during 2 years of contract but the company is so bad that even the employers do not stand to work there and leave. Every month there is someone new there. They are not trustful. The 'emergency line' that they promise that they offer as a service doesn't exists. It took them more than 1 month to replace a broken wash machine. One month more to send someone to check the electricity problems in the kitchen and 2 weeks to solve a electricity problem in our bedrooms. We stayed also more than 1 month without hot water in our toilet. They just don't care about clients! If you are a landlord or a tenant, doesn't matter to them.
AVOID AVOID this cowboys! They are a joke!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing. They have proved during 2 years how bad they are and still are.
