We have been tennants at one of 1Let's properties for the past 3 years and have finally moved on to pastures new.
We first viewed the property with Ken and was very charming, we came back the next day for a 2nd viewing and by the end of the next week we had signed all the paperwork.
During our time there, the odd thing went wrong such as the boiler breaking down, door handles breaking off and an oven not working. In every case 1Let were very helpful and had sent out workmen promptly.
We asked if we could get more feedback when maintenance had been completed and sure enough, the next time something went from in the flat they gave us a report of what the workmen had done.
