We have just completed on our house using the Property Explorer, and we couldn't be happier than the help & support we have received from start to finish. All the members of staff were polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble.
From meeting Gaye at the property on the first viewing, the knowledge of the house, and the ideas she presented to us had our minds in over-drive with excitement about what we could achieve with the house! She was professional, enthusiastic and such a breath of fresh air to talk to. She didn't try and hard sell the house, she gave us a balanced view with the pros and cons and gave us space to make our own decisions. The internal branch support we received was amazing, Wendy got us through the paperwork stress! Wendy kept us informed at every step of the way, and when problems arose, she was right there with a solution to push it all through. We never found ourselves ringing into chase, we were always called with an update, which in this day is very rare.
We cant recommend enough how fantastic this agent was, you hear the horror stories of typical estate agents, but I am pleased to say with the Property Explorer, it genuinely wasn't the case.

Oliver viewed and valued my property and I requested a guide price and expected sales price.
His manner and lack of communication when I queried the valuation and asked for further information was abrupt and unhelpful.

We had a deal that was marketed with a flyer through the door for a 0.75% fee. It was not stated on the flyer that this was excluding VAT, so when the invoice came through we were a little surprised as we had budgeted on a flat 0.75% fee.
