I am a landlord of several properties. Morgan Randell are the worst agent I have ever used by far.
The flat was supposed to fully managed and we are still trying to get them to change three lightbulbs which blew 9 months ago.
People don't call back when they say, ignore emails, overcharge me.
Complete waste of space.
Don't be drawn in by their flash offices and cars, go somewhere else you won't regret it.

According to the Companies House website Morgan Randall were put into liquidation last year (2010). They now claim to be owned by a company called Ascot Ltd which strangely has the same directors as the old Morgan Randall. Namely IMRAN KAHN and HARPAL SIRA.
Suspicious! Be very wary trusting them with your money.
