Used the Tettenhall branch recently to rent a property all i can say is i have never been treated with so little respect in my life.
Unfortunately we had the misfortune of having to deal with Hazel who i can only describe by using the words ignorant, rude, and snooty, i suspect that if we had been in to rent one of there 1k plus properties she would of been all over us like a rash but due to the fact we was renting a property under 700 a month she saw fit to treat us like second rate citizens.
Upon my second visit to the branch i was accompanied by my partners mother who was signing to be our guarantor even though my partner had passed the checks anyway upon our arrival she pretended she had not even seen us and when she did acknowledge us there was no hello just a brutal 'do you work' to my partners mother this was soon followed by her literally shoving a form at my partners mom with the sole instruction of 'fill in your name and address on this page' no mention of the other pages so we got on with this form 2 seconds later Hazels friends who pulled up in a new Jag i may add arrived in the branch and without so much as an excuse me to myself and my partners mother she was up out her seat with no regard for her clients and embarked on a full blown personal conversation.
To get Hazels attention due to the fact we did not know what parts on the other pages we needed to to fill in my partners mother was reduced to having to forcefully ask 'Excuse me' the response was begrudged to say the least and she seemed rather put out at the fact she needed to say goodbye to her friends and return to her clients.
Once we finally had her attention she sat down and rather rudely took the form from my partners mother and commented 'let's go through step by step' in a manner to which made us both feel stupid.
Throughout the whole process there was instances like the above and the attempts she made to blatantly try and discourage the landlord from letting to us were so obvious all in all we was classed by herself as not worthy i wouldn't mind but she never once asked what salary i would be on which i am sure would of put a smile on her snooty face safe to say we would never recommend Millennium to anyone and Hazel in our words needs to go back to basics when it comes to customer service and public relations
