Following on from our sale with Gascoigne Halman we viewed a few sale properties with them also, one of which we visited during an open weekend. We instantly loved the property and went on to place an offer.
The offer was rejected and we were informed but Chris Rees contacted me to discuss the options. She immediately offered to show us around the property again, on our own, so we could discuss what options were open to us and what her thoughts were on how we could secure this beautiful home.
Chris is fantastic to deal with. She's thorough and helpful. She has some excellent ideas and great advice and always makes you feel like you are the only clients (even though we know we are not) It's a wonderful skill to make people feel completely individual and hugely important and Chris and her team have that skill. Following from that we also dealt quite a lot with Lee Tickle who was equally helpful, clear and consistent in his communication. I was also very grateful to Lee for answering what must have seemed like continuous emails and phone calls from me during this period!
After much negotiation Chris herself, made the effort to contact us to let us know a new offer had been accepted. She seems to take as much pleasure in knowing clients are happy as we did in recieving the news.
Chris always goes that extra mile. She contacts and gets involved in any possible bottlenecks in the sale and purchase of properties and will ensure a smooth transaction at all times. Chris and her team have a can do attitude which is second to none. She will stop at nothing for the happiness and satifaction of her clients, as though she is buying the property herself!
