Our experience of this agent was very positive. From first and second viewing they arranged quick viewings at the weekend, the keyholder looked after our toddler whilst we looked about etc. Once we had an offer accepted they provided a supervised visit so we could take measurements, and even clean the fridge, which had been getting a bit smelly and which we didn't really want to deal with on moving in.

There were the usual hassles on processing the sale, not due to the estate agent, and Ellie and her colleagues were extremely helpful in helping us liaise with solicitors on both sides and getting things moved through on a deadline (my wife was expecting a baby within weeks of intended completion). Obviously they were representing the vendor as their client in this, but the customer service towards us was polite, helpful and responsive. Their knowledge, expertise and advice was excellent, and I'm sure the sale would not have gone through by the deadline without their support, and quite a lot of work on their part.

Very much recommended. We hope to stay in our new home for many years, but if we were looking to sell, we would certainly call this agent first.
