Kings have been renting out my 3 bed semi for 4 years and they have always found good tenants for me.
They keep my house nice and fix any problems quickly, my tenants are happy and want to stay and the rent is always paid on time.
I have recommended them to family who are also happy and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

very bad service. i was calling since 1 week, every day, and every time they've been telling me that the agent who is dealing with the specific property is not in the office and they will pass my details and contact to her so she can call me back when available , but never received a call. i even call twice in a day but for nothing. I've also tell them that i am willing to pay a deposit even before viewing the property, because i was 100% that i want to rent it for a long period of time, even mo ...

Their fee structure is fair compared to the competition in Staines especially against those who talk a good game but inevitably come up with nothing as I alluded to above.
