Bradley's have been the best Estate Agent we have ever dealt with, in fact we tried to buy a property on the same street through 'another agent' and they pretty much single handedly prevented us from buying it!
The purchase was particularly complicated and took eight months from offer to completion and I am certain that we wouldn't have managed to realise the purchase without Bradley's exceptional service, especially from Jon who worked doggedly to ensure that all parties were moving forward.
Over the eight month period I must have spoken to Bradley's over 300 times, sometimes several times a day. They were always professional and more importantly positive even when it looked like we were going to lose the property as it went into receivership.
Jon single handedly managed the seller's firm of solicitors, Enact, who we nicknamed Inept. Honestly, I would avoid them like the plague. Jon and his team, Sam and Mandy, went over an above their remit to ensure that we finally secured the property and earned every penny of their commission ... Something I can't say about any other estate agent I have ever used.
Can't recommend them enough.
