At our first viewing, the agent arrived before the agreed time - which allowed time for her to 'prepare' the house for our viewing. French Doors were open, lights were on and she parked away from the house. She was familiar with the house and had a lot of local information.
Prior to our making an offer there were some issues which Emma dealt with very promptly and very efficiently. Without her tenacious and determined approach I doubt we would have proceeded with the purchase.
Following acceptance of our offer I also found Nicki very capable when it came to liasing with the numerous parties involved in our chain and resolving issues that arose.
We viewed other houses on the Island and other agents did not compare with Pittis!

Emma was very professional and conscientious, dealing with our sale and subsequent problems with the vendor's solicitor and our tenants.
