Jordans were fantastic, from the very start when they were assessing the property and were interested in all the details. Andrew deal with us and was brilliant, he gave us lots of advice and reassurance ( bordering on counselling ... It's a stressful time!) and was really helpful when we needed to do some bits of work to the house and he got his very valuable address book out and found us good workmen. Everyone at the office was very helpful, communication was excellent, Andrew always got back to us straight away when we contacted him or when he had information to pass on, and when he was on holiday Maura covered for him and was also always really helpful. Towards the end of the sale, we had a problem when the various lawyers concerned didn't seem to be talking to each other, and it was Andrew who sorted out a completion date for us in the end. He also sorted out various other little problems on the way. Selling houses is horrible and I never want to do it again, but I really felt that Jordan's were with us every step of the way, everyone knew who we were and we felt relly supported. Their fee was reasonable, and I felt they really earned it.
