They were very good up until we broke the chain on purchasing our new property. We only broke the
Chain so we wouldn't lose our buyer for our house. We even change the date three times to
Accommodate our buyers buyer and keep Charlene happy.
One we had exchanged with our buyer the Manager Charlene promised us she would carry on
Helping us on our purchase to help speed things along. Two weeks pass and we heard nothing
From Gascoinge-pees, I called them and Charlene phone our solicitor to asked what was happening
And then again heard nothing from her. If we hadn't had broken the chain she would have still been
Helping us until we could exchange as well. But she sat back and done nothing.
Charlene comes over as very nice and helpful up until it suits her. William and Chris who work there
Are the backbone of that office are we're very helpful, sadly they followed Charlene's example.
I think the cost is justified, it's just the finished product what gives estate agents like this a bad name.
I would have loved to have wrote good things about this team but wasn't able to.
