For me service is the most important offering from an estate agent. Prices vary we know but in this stressful time what one really needs is assistance. It would appear Robinson Jackson Welling provide excellent assistance if your selling through them, however, if you are buying through them one feels very much secondary. A lack of communication, failure to return calls, the feeling that only their sellers are relevant, which correct me if I'm wrong, the who process also needs a buyer? The only real communication came at the latter stages when they saw completion and commission finally in their grasp. One cant put a value on people returning calls when asked, contacting third parties successfully and being truly concerned about both buyers and sellers. Sadly after this experience I would never use this company again and i feel they desperately need to re access their customer service methods as I've been left with quite a sour taste in my mouth.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be of a service to both the Vendor and the buyer not just the party they were receiving payment from.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done their job with less incompetence, more willingness to sort out the issue and a more helpful approach. Julia Riley in particular was awful. When I entered their office, instead of a warm welcome and a cheery disposition she adopted the pose of a rabbit in headlights. She appeared caught out by a customer actually asking her what she had done, other than sit at her desk and make ineffective phone calls.
