I am writing a review to highlight the exceptional service I have received from a Property Manager called Nicola Martin. I was a Tenant renting via the Harrow Lettings team and initially had the unfortunate luck of dealing with a lady called Rebecca Rust, who all I can say is if you move into a Property and have her as your nominated contact, make a request for Nicola or somebody else. I experienced nothing but problems with Rebecca, I became exasperated with the whole situation and raised a complaint via my legal representative. The case was then passed to Nicola, who contacted me immediately, there was no hiding behind policies or lies from Nicola (which I had heard from Rebecca before). - she simply wanted me to be happy Nicola was just generally concerned about me and my family and wanted to resolve my grievances, I decided to let Nicola have the opportunity to resolve my issues (convinced that she wouldn't). Throughout my whole communication with Nicola she upheld every promise she made, constantly in contact with me keeping me posted (even when she had no news/developments and I have to say resolved my issues satisfactory and restored my faith in the Company. I would only ever use this companies service again if I could be assured I could del with Nicola Martin. I wanted to give her some recognition and home management within the Company acknowledge what a fantastic property manager she is and I believe colleagues could learn a lot from her handling of my case. Thank you very much Nicola!

Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
