Where can I start, the process of selling our house through Your Move was simply painful. The staff are simply not interested in you and really don't have much grasp of what is actually happening. Not once did I feel that they were actually working for me and earning their fees. It got so bad that we swapped numbers with the people buying our property and dealt with them direct. We had to chase the chain ourselves to ensure things were in place and three days after we had exchanged Your move called to ask if there was any update on the chain, when I explained we had actually exchanged three days ago, the manager said "well no one told me,". Correct me if I am wrong but isn't that what you pay an estate agent to do, get you through exchange? Do not use Your Move unless you are prepared to do the job yourself!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
