Moved out because of mice and no deposit or anything back. Landlords and Agents have lack of communication and will hold onto our Money until we forget about it. They will blame the tenant for everything. 2 bedroom flat is considered too small for a young couple and baby.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be helpful with communications with Landlord regarding deposit refund and overpaid rent.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
No one seems to take responsibility in sorting an issue. You're either told they're too busy or they've been on holiday so it's nothing to do with them. I don't understand how it could be seen as a professional service they offer when nothing but excuses.Attached Filesnbsp;

You fail to mention the fact Nigel told us the wrong information and when he was on holiday your office staff had no idea what was going on and didn't want to deal with anything.

The only agreed deduction between you and the Landlords was for £75.00 for a damaged sink, which was brand new before you move in. We were not the managing agents for your tenancy. We provided your Landlord with our Introduction Services only.
