We listed our property with Preston Baker (Moortown, Leeds) in early summer and in a matter of weeks accepted an offer. Unfortunately shortly before exchange of contracts the buyer pulled out leaving us with the difficult option of selling over winter. Since the property has been back on the market Preston Baker have not faulted in their efforts to find us another buyer . The service offered so far has been first class and I cannot fault them on their work rate and professionalism. The staff are helpful, friendly and always willing to help. We feel that the sale of our property is in very capable hands and the steady stream of viewings just goes to prove their commitment to selling. Theres been no pushy sales talk and their approach to good customer service is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended
