from the very outset when i contacted the agent and spoke to Claire she was helpful,courteous and extremely professional. She was willing to work around my work schedule in order to do a viewing of the property and made the whole process very easy and stress free for me. I was not pressured in any way to make an offer but at the time of the viewing was given alot of helpful information about the property. She didn't play games and i felt she was decent and honest in her manner and upheld a high standard of service not only to me but also i felt to the vendor. I made an offer which she noted and relayed it to the vendor. I got a reply very quickly and upon my offer being accepted she stopped marketing the property. Subsequently i have had to have a number of workmen come to the property in question and all viewings had to be accompanied viewings. Claire and her team never got irritated by this but were always willing to accommodate these numerous extra viewings which could at times be lengthy. She and her team ie Jessica Adcock, Adele Chambers were always friendly and helpful and even when i made a revised offer Claire noted down clearly and concisely why i was doing this and conveyed this to the vendor. At no time did she and her team display any negativity. Preston Baker can be proud of this office for the high standards they maintain. They are clearly the best agent in the area and i have in the past dealt with all of them
