The Flat we rented with Global House Estates was a 2 bed 2 bath in the Vauxhall and Oval area.
We were met initially by Ogo who was kind, proffesional and answered all of our queries. We took the flat and we moved in with absolutely no problems. During our tenancy of one year, we encountered many issues, I guess because the previous tenants were there for 3 years, some work was needed on the flat, despite the fact the flat looked amazing. Our boiler was starting to stop warming water to a very hot level, so the agency didn't hesitate and changed it right away, without waiting for it to break completely. The also installed various extra parts on the second bathroom so it would be more comfortable and it ended up looking as great as big family bathroom. They also replaced the lights and when the flat above us was sold and the new owners work heavily to renew it, the movement of the machines made all of our lights came out of the sockets, again, the agency did not hesitate to send an electrician right away to fix all the lights on the flat (over 28 of them). Finally as many basement flats in London, we had mice on the flat over the winter months, and the agency was quick to respond, sent as specialist and hired a weekly review from a pest control company, which made sure we had no more mice in a space as quick as three weeks. Overall, every time we had an issue, the agency responded quickly, and always were very efficient to respond. We were unlucky with the flat, however, the agency were always there, helpful and with a smile, also as well the workers they sent, the electricians, plumbers and carpenters were a great team of brothers, who gave us their personal numbers so we could contact them in an emergency and then they will call the agency to let them know, they were or had already dealt with the issue. I am really happy to have had such a great agency who really took care of us while we lived there. Specially Andy, Thank you.
