Hello Seweryn and thanks for your review. I find it strange that you say I have somehow made threats against you since I haven't spoken to you for the last 10 years. Additionally if your requests at the beginning of the tenancy were not satisfied then you should have informed us which you have not. Additionally according to the owner you were subletting the property without consent. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

As a firm licensed by the National Approved Letting Scheme, Blackcords Property Consultants Ltd aims to provide the highest standards of service to all landlords and tenants, but to ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we offer the following:

If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to Miss Raluca Tabacaru (Lettings Manager) at the address below: Blackcords Estates, 198, New North Road, London, N1 7BJ.
The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 21 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.
If you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please contact Mr Constantinos Mavrokordatos (Managing Director) who will review the complaint.
Following the conclusion of our in-house review we will write to you with a final written statement.

If you are dissatisfied with the conclusion of the in-house review of the complaint, you can refer the matter to the The Property Ombudsman, Milford House, 43 – 45 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2BP.
