Did next to nothing for us, for the year we lived in a property rented by them. Although we paid rent by standing order, we were once accused of not paying a months rent, despite providing evidence (bank receipts) to the contrary; were harassed until we had to get our bank involved, when the accusations suddenly stopped and they were nice as pie. Although we were promised a formal letter confirming that we paid our rent, it was never honoured.
Two months after moving out of the property, Venmores lifted a month's rent from our bank account and were slow to pay it back - forcing us into the red for nearly a month. Three weeks ago we were told our deposit was being returned in the form of a cheque: it has still not arrived. When I call the office to enquire about it I am told it should have been sent out and whoever I speak to promised to "chase it up" and call me back. As of yet, nobody has ever called me about my cheque and each time I call, it's as if my previous enquiries have never happened.
This is a shoddily run business at best, and a downright corrupt one at worst. Either way: avoid.

Most definitely the worst customer service I have received anywhere. Every stage of my initial tenancy application all the way to departure was delayed, left the burden on myself to progress etc.

The let alliance checks was progressed via information let alliance contacted me for but was passed to Venmores. THEY JUST DONT CARE, WHY SHOULD I HAVE THE BURDEN OF RESPONDING TO LET ALLIANCE FOR WHCIH I HAVE PAID 125 FOR VENMORES AND LET ALLIANCE TO PROGRESS
