Unbelievable, if i didnt have to go through Jan Forster i wouldnt, they are so unprofessional, put it this way, they would not be working for me, problem is they do have the monopoly, please people, go elsewhere get this woman off our high streets, she is taking the money and giving nothing back. i have never encountered such incompetence and rudeness, why people go to her is beyond me, contact me i will enlighten you, in fact maybe i should go into business,
What agent could do to change your mind?
there was nothing they could have done, so incompetent with a couldnt care less attitude, absolutely dreadful and stressful.

Very high but so are they all. My one little thing is you had copies of our passports but still we had to pay extra for an imagration check. This should be included in the fee if nessary.
